Purchased a home and the very next day the furnace did not seem to be working. I called Johnson Comfort Heating & Cooling around 11 am and Tyree showed up before 3 pm. He was amazing - very knowledgeable and one of the most courteous & professional people I have met. He had the issue fixed in less than 30 minutes and explained everything about the furnace. So now the rest of the story....our SELLER recommended the same company that they had come out to "service" the furnace just a week ago. I said no that I wanted to go with "my team" (Johnson H&C) who I use on our other home and have done so for years. They consistently go above and beyond and genuinely are some of the nicest people I have ever met. Thank you - Johnson Comfort Heating & Cooling for being different in the most wonderful ways!
Roy was an absolute delight! Our heater had had some issues firing up so my husband called to have someone come look at it and we were able to get an appointment the next day. Luckily, all the heater needed was a good deep cleaning. Roy explained everything we was doing and even let me take a peak at some of the nitty gritty things he was working on. Will definitely have Johnson Comfort do more work for us in the future.
Johnson Heating has always taken care of me over the years which is why I'll always come back to them. Very fair prices and always great service. I had the pleasure of meeting Tyree today because when we woke this morning, we found our home at 60°. He arrived within a few hours of calling and had the problem diagnosed quickly. He was able to make the repair and had me on my way in no time. My house is heating up and everything is all good thanks to Tyree! Great guy, great service, and highly recommend him!
We needed to have a thermostat replaced before the cold weather hit and of course it was a Friday night. Lucas came out and did an amazing job. He arrived quickly and had it replaced in no time. He was friendly and I would request him again. Great service.
I've been doing business with Johnson Heating/Cooling for several years. I won't call any other company for my furnace maintenance. Other heating companies tried to sell me a new furnace and air conditioner when both weren't that old. Johnson Heating did not do that though when it was time they did install my new furnace and air conditioner. Lucas came today for a furnace check. He did an outstanding job. I am very satisfied with staying with Johnson Heating. Dave Ramsey recommended to me on the radio.

The technician, Matt, understood I was driving two hours for the service call and was still so friendly, flexible and so professional. He was quick diagnosing the issue and able to fix it right away. I highly recommend Matt and the entire Johnson Comfort family!
Tyree, the technician, was very personable and pleasant to work with. When he called to let me know he was on his way the electricity had just gone out. He was able to move around his schedule to accommodate this unexpected event. He called later in the day to see if the power had come back on so he could still come and service the furnace. Everything worked out and I didn’t have to reschedule which was nice.
